Squad Fit believes in the philosophy of yoga and conducts all forms of yoga variations based on the fitness level of our clients. All our weekend batches in the morning are yoga centric. We believe after a week of hustle-bustle yoga offers the best alternative therapy for mind and body relaxation. Meditation, asanas, poses and stretches is all that a human body needs to provide their mechanical life a holistic touch.

Squad Fit yoga concepts are based on

Power Yoga: A faster, higher-intensity practice that builds muscle.

Hatha Yoga: The form most often associated with yoga, it combines a series of basic movements with breathing.

Vinyasa: A series of poses that flow smoothly into one another.

Bikram: It’s a series of 26 challenging poses performed in a room heated to a high temperature.

Anusara: It’s a great style for those new to yoga, as many of its poses allow the use of props for extra support, and there’s alignment and breath work in this form.

Our qualified coach progress the classes on the ability and need of the clients. In combination with our fast paced Boot Camp weekly schedule, Yoga offers the perfect concept to recover from those strenuous Boot Camp workouts.
